Small returns

For the first time since my anosmia began, I can smell my Malin + Goetz lotion.  It's not a scent that I particularly enjoy, but the lotion works well on my skin so I got the 1 gallon refill size earlier this year.  And I can sense it!  Any improvement is exciting and I hope the trajectory continues.

In addition to the lotion, my Seville Orange perfume oil from Nest "came back" to me shortly after my previous post and I can now also smell the cherry and jasmine candle that was inspired by Tom Ford's Lost Cherry perfume.

The only weird return is my bottle of Mon Guerlain.  I used to put on a few spritzes at bedtime because of how heavenly it was, but it feels like I am only smelling some of its components instead of the full harmonious blend.  It actually reminds me of the Mon Guerlain I smelled at the Lisbon airport and that one also didn't seem right.

Food remains inaccessible at the moment.  No matter how delicious something tastes, the aromas have not returned yet.  Luckily this has not dimmed my enjoyment of my meals, but it would be nice to experience their other dimensions.
